Sia Rogers

My name is Sia Rogers, and I hold a BSc (Hons) in Banking and Finance from Njala University. From a young age, I have dreamed of becoming a Chartered Certified Accountant, which is why I am pursuing my professional qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
I intend to study ACCA at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, located in Freetown, Sierra Leone. The institution is an accredited ACCA learning provider, offering structured tuition, academic support, and professional guidance in line with ACCA global standards. Reason for Studying ACCA and Career Goals.
I chose to pursue the ACCA qualification because of its global recognition and its strong emphasis on professional ethics, financial management, and strategic leadership. My goal is to strengthen my technical competence in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting, while developing the skills needed to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth, transparency, and accountability. Through this course, I hope to advance my career as a finance professional and serve with integrity and excellence.
Family Background I come from a close-knit and supportive family that values education, discipline, and faith. My family has greatly influenced my character, work ethic, and determination to pursue both personal and professional growth, even in the face of challenges.
Christian Testimony I am a committed Christian, and my faith in Jesus Christ guides my values and daily life. My Christian journey has taught me perseverance, gratitude, humility, and trust in God’s purpose. I strive to reflect Christ’s character in all that I do, both personally and professionally.
I am currently active on WhatsApp and Facebook for communication.
Thank you very much for this opportunity.
Hearty love,
Sia.

Alfred Stevens

Hello everyone,  my name is Alfred E. Stevens. I am from Sierra Leone, West Africa, Southern Province, Moyamba District. I was raised by a single mother in a small town called Shenge where I got my primary and secondary school education amid financial challenges,  family problems, and poor environmental conditions. I took the West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination in 2014 with a requirement to enter university. Finally managed to raise my first-year fees. In 2018 almost becoming a dropout, I contacted Mummy Yma Grace Koomson of Africa Hopes in Christ who helped to pay my fee till I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education majoring in social studies and government in the year 2020. Gaining a 2 :1 honours degree. After my first degree, being passionate in good governance decided to study law. Presently 2026 just completed a LLB degree at the University of Makeni, Sierra Leone and awaiting results  My passion is to be a  politician and effect a positive change in our country, tackling tribalism and corruption. Thank you, God  and Africa Hopes in Christ for supporting me.
